Would Curt X5 Adapter 16310 Fit Flat Bed Truck with Flush Mounted B&W Turnoverball

Can this be used on a steel flatbed that has the bw flipover ball installed flush w the bed?

If you have a B and W Turnoverball hitch installed on your flat bed truck and the ball opening isn't recessed down below the surface of the flat bed the X5 adapter part # 16310 would work. Since you said it's flush with the bed this should work just fine.
