Recommended Trailer Hitch Wiring For 2014 Lexus RX350

I have a 2014 Lexus RX350 I was looking at part #118255 for wiring because I dont have factory hitch but when I go into the RR trim panel looking for the 10 pin connector I already have a box do I unplug?

On your 2014 Lexus RX350, if you don't have the factory tow wiring, you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118255. If you already have the power module, you at least have the factory trailer wiring, so you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118252. If the box isn't compatible, then you will need to unplug and use the # 118255.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch receiver, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # 75676. It has a sturdy, square tube design and a black powder coat finish over e-coat base for superior rust protection.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10037B. This will give you adjustable rise and drop as well as two hitch ball options so you can tow a trailer level. It also has a very cool stowing feature that allows you to have a clean look and protect your shins when loading cargo when the hitch is not in use. You may also like a hitch lock like # e98882 to protect your investment.
