We talked with our contact at Thule this is what they told us about your Tucson with the glass roof:

The trim pieces that surround the glass roof do not allow the pad to sit properly in the ditch. The trim pieces are also not a structural load bearing section of the roof and the pad would apply too much pressure on this area during installation and further so under load. The fits by the other manufacturers likely sit outside of the ditch area which allows them to fit the glass roof models.

A roof rack I recommend for your vehicle is the Rhino-Rack Square Bar Roof Rack. This roof rack includes square crossbars that measure 50 inches long and are 1-1/4 inch wide and 7/8-inch tall.
