Can Stationary Reese M5 Fifth Wheel Hitch Replace Reese Slider Elite Hitch
Question:
We have a 2015 Chevrolet 3500 short bed Diesel pick up that had a Reese 30144 slider that was stolen and we are wondering if there would be a problem if we changed to the same hitch without the slider? We never have had to use the slider on the original hitch? We plan on selling out trailer and dont plan on ever getting that big of a trailer in the future. Thank you in advance.

If you never had to use the slider function of your old hitch then you go to the stationary hitch # RP30921 instead and it would work just as well.
