It is difficult to accurately measure the length of a leaf spring when it is still under tension in the suspension system. You will get a more accurate eye-to-eye length measurement if you remove the spring from the suspension.

The leaf springs we offer for 3500-lb-rated axles come in several lengths, including the longest at 27-inches. While it is possible for springs to become elongated from use a 3-inch gain in length is not possible. Well-worn springs can become up to 3/4-inch longer if they have been in use for a long time.

I have linked both our page for springs for 3500-lb axles and also for all double-eye springs. You can use the filters on the page to select attributes such as spring type (double-eye or slipper type), spring length and axle capacity. A helpful article on trailer leaf spring suspensions is included too.
