We can help you with both a hitch and flat towing components for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
First, for a hitch you can use Draw-Tite's Class III 2-inch hitch # DT78MR which offers the highest tongue weight rating of 675-lbs. This is a no-drill installation and a video is linked for you.
As for flat towing the Unlimited we can get you set with all of the items needed for safe and legal flat towing behind your motorhome. If you have the standard factory bumper you can use Blue Ox baseplate kit # BX1126. For a tow bar I suggest their Alpha model # BX7380 because it includes the required safety cables so you do not have to buy them separately.
All wiring/lighting kits for your Unlimited are shown on the linked page. An easy-install and cost-effective option is a set of magnetic lights like # TL21RK. For a braking system I usually recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR for its easy set-up and portability. If you use the Patriot you will also need outlet kit # RM-9332. You will also need brake light relay # RM-88400 (unless you use magnetic lights).
Finally you'll also need a high/low hitch adapter to keep the tow bar level. The linked article will show you how to choose one from those shown on the linked page.
