I suggest the Curt # C13153 for your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. The Curt has a little higher maximum weight capacity than the Draw-Tite # 75776. As far as installation the process is the same. I've linked videos of each for you to see.
If you're going to be towing with your Santa Fe you'll also need wiring. The harness # C56332 will provide you with a 4-way trailer connector. This harness fits your SUV if you have the factory tow package. If not, then you'll need # C59236.
You may want an adjustable ball mount like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10035B. This will give you up to either 3 inches of drop or 3-1/2 inches of rise. The Tow & Stow can also be flipped under the hitch and stored out of the way when you're not towing. If you prefer a different ball mount or need a different rise or drop, I've linked our selection of Class III ball mounts, as well as an article to help you determine the rise or drop you need.
For a pin and clip use # PC3. Or if you'd prefer a lock use # BX8858
