Curt 16K Hitch And Reese Standard Rails Compatible With 2011 Dodge Ram 2500

Question:

I inherited the older Canadian Hijacker hitch, not realizing it was not the industry standard 29 inches apart. If I buy rails to fit it, and later want to upgrade to a better hitch, I will have to buy rails again and drill more holes in my frame- no good. So I'll keep the Reese rail kit 30035-023. Curt hitch (C16115). So if you would, just confirm that 30035-023 and C16115 will work together on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with 8 foot bed.
