Are the Optronics LED Light Kit Water Resistant

Question:

Hello. I just sent an email asking if these lights 98174LED are waterproof. To be more specific against rain. Im not looking to submerge these. I also purchased the bracket BK70BB for these and not sure it will work on how I want to mount on my bike rack. Do you have any other bracket that is flat? That bend on this bracket may not work for me. Or do you think Ill be able to straighten that bend so that its flat. I have a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 bike rack and want to mount these lights on the very edge of the rack and not on the bottom of the rack. . Any ideas? Thanks you in advance.

The Optronics LED Light Kit, # 98174LED, is designed as a sealed unit that make them resistant to weather.

Unfortunately, we don not have a flat bracket for these lights.The Trailer Light Mounting Brackets, # BK70BB, may be able to flattened so you can be able to mount then on the outer edge of your bike rack.
