Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty with Factory Prep Package
Question:
I have a new 2016 F250 156wb crew cab with the fifth wheel/gooseneck prep package. What hitch would you recommend for pulling my 14000lb fifth wheel. I would like to install myself if possible. Thanks

We have both sliding 5th wheel hitches for your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty with factory prep package if it is a short bed, and also fixed 5th wheel hitches if it is a long bed. I have included links to the pages for both hitch types.
The best options in an American-made 5th wheel hitch come from B&W. The slider version # BWRVK3370 offers 12-inches of travel and is rated for 20K. The fixed hitch version for a long bed, part # BWRVK3300, shares the same 20K rating and double jaw system. These B&W hitches offer excellent performance and the easiest drop-in installation.
For a wiring harness for the truck bed you can use part # C56000.
