First you would need to install a roof rack on your 2012 Dodge Durango. For that the most popular option is the Rhino Rack part # RR35SR. I really like this rack as it has aero bars which will minimize wind noise and because the bars are flush with the feet so they won't over hang.

With this aero bar rack installed you could easily install a J-style kayak carrier like the Thule Hullaport part # TH834. You would need one of these racks for each of your kayaks. Or if you prefer a foldable kayak carrier the # Y04073 would be a great option. I like the foldable racks as they minimize noise when folded down and have a lower chance of hitting something with a low clearance.
