Expert Reply:
The Firestone rear-axle air bag kit that fits your 2007 Ford F150 Lariat (without heavy-duty suspension) is kit # F2350. This item fits both 2WD and 4WD versions but it does NOT fit the FX2. The linked installation video will illustrate an application in an F-150. We recommend an air line cutter # AL10530 since clean square cuts tend to reduce air leaks and hassles.
If you wish to you can add an on-board compressor kit to allow automated pressure adjustments from the comfort of the cab. For a standard-duty single-path unit use part # F2158, or for a heavy-duty unit that also allows independent control of each bag instead use # F2168.
