Is Hitch Ball and Wiring Needed to Carry Bike Rack with 2013 Honda Accord Sedan
Question:
I'm taking your recommendation given someone else: TH990XT bike rack with Curt hitch #C11496. Why would one need a ball and wiring harness is my only question? Thank you!

For just a bike rack you would not need a hitch ball or wiring. That answer was given with those recommendations as well for in case the customer ever needed to do some towing.
For your 2013 Honda Accord the Hitch part # 24899 is a fit and would work well with the Thule TH990XT.
