Rhino Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Direct Mount To Vortex Crossbars Using T-Slots

Question:

Can the Rhino Rack Universal Pioneer Platform be direct mounted to Rhino Rack Vortex cross bars maybe via an upward facing T-nut slotted into the Vortex bars channels or must it be attached with the included universal bar clamps?

You can connect the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform - Universal Mount - 48" Long x 38" Wide # RR42114BF or the larger # RR42115BF using the T-bolts. You do not need to use the universal bar clamps and will not use all of the included pieces for this installation method. See the attached installation details page 5.

Can you mount the Rhino Platform direct to the tracks of the Retrax Pro XR cover...without the use of cross bars?

There isn't a good way to mount the platform directly to the rails of your Retrax XR Cover. You'll need to mount crossbars first using the Rhino-Rack Kit # RRVA180B-RRRLT600.
