The Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 does give the vehicle a constant maintenance trickle charge when connected to your motorhome if the running lights on the tow vehicle are on. This will make it so you do not need to disconnect the battery when in use. There may be other parts needed based on the vehicle you are towing for this system to operate correctly. For instance, most Jeep Wranglers will require a stop light switch kit # RM-751452. If you give me the year of your Jeep Wrangler, I'd be happy to assist.
Regarding the ignition in ACC or not, that is vehicle specific. You will want to follow the instructions in your owners manual for proper function.
