Installing a 7-Way Trailer Connector and Electric Brake Controller on a 1977 Dodge W200 Pickup
Question:
Hi, I have a 1977 Dodge W200 that is the ex-military M880 truck. It has the NATO connector that is damaged and the wiring isnt useable so it was all discarded. Do you have the wiring available for the 7-way RV receptacle and use of a brake controller as well? I appreciate the time and attention to my inquiry. Thank you!

Helpful Expert Reply:
To wire a 7-way trailer connector on your 1977 Dodge truck you'll first need to wire in a 4-way trailer connector using # C58044. If you need more wiring throughout the truck you can use # 16-4B-1, which is sold by the foot.
Then for the 7-way use # ETBC7 to supply the connector and the additional wiring for the brake controller.
If you also need a brake controller I suggest using the Prodigy P2 # 90885. This is one of our top selling controllers because of its reliability and how easy it is to use.
