Hitch and Carrier Recommendation for 2013 Toyota Rav4 for Carrying 350 lb Scooter
Question:
I have a 2000 Honda 250cc helix Scooter that l want a carrier to into my 2013 Toyota RAV4. Trailer hitch. The weight of the scooter is 350. Lbs. I realize I might have to purchase heavier shock absorbers to handle the extra rear weight. What carrier would work for me? Thank you

The Detrailer hitch part # e98864 does have a 525 lb tongue weight rating so it would be rated high enough for the weight of your 350 lbs scooter.
Installing the SumoSprings part # CSS-1125R would be a great option for allowing you additional suspension support.
For a carrier we have the Ultra Fab part # UF48-979033 which is lighter weight at 51 lbs.
