Can Reese Signature Series Fifth Wheel Hitch Be installed In 2016 Ram 2500

Question:

I removed my Reese Signiture Series 18K fifth wheel hitch from a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD including the under bed rail kit and now own a 2016 Ram 2500 and want to know if that hitch will work with the Ram. Both trucks are 8 foot beds.

Unfortunately, there is no option to install the Signature fifth wheel hitch on your 2016 Ram 2500.

If you are looking for an underbed system for your Ram we do carry the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # BWRVK3500-5W with a custom underbed installation kit.

The installation kit is part # BWGNRK1384-5W. This kit doubles as a gooseneck hitch and includes the rails, hitch head, safety loops and hitch ball.

You can just remove the hitch ball and the Companion fits right in the gooseball hole. Remove the hitch and you have full access to the bed of your truck.

If you need trailer wiring in the bed of your truck for your trailer I recommend part # 41157.
