Yes, the B and W Companion hitch you are looking for is the part # BWRVK3600. This hitch fits your 2016 Ram 2500 and is compatible with a Sidewinder pin box. The Companion hitches that attach at the four corners of the hitch are compatible with the Sidewinders. It's the ones that only use the center gooseneck post for attachment that aren't.

The wedge you would need is # SWW-06 which is designed for the Companion hitches.
