The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118551, will work on your 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid whether or not it has the factory tow package.. I am including a link to the installation instructions and a video link to the wiring harness being installed on a 2007 Mercury Mariner.
