20K Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch that Will Fit Husky Rails in a 2008 Ford F-450
Question:
I have a 24K Husky hitch with in-bed rails. I have problems releasing the hitch from fifth wheel everytime. Will the reese hitch fit over my existing bed rails that are bolted and welded to the frame? I would need the larger hitch to accommodate my 20K max towing weight. 2008 F450 Thanks

The Reese M5 Series hitch # RP30921 or any of the other M5 Series hitches only fit in underbed puck systems such as the factory one from Ford. It sounds like your 2008 Ford F-450 has above the bed Husky rails so an M5 Series hitch would not fit but there are hitches that will fit.
For a 20K hitch you can use # RP30928 which has the same head as the Elite Series or the A20 # C16140 which has a cushioned head. I have linked videos of these hitches for you.
