Tire Chains for a 2014 Ford F-150 with 275/55-20 Tires
Question:
I have a 2014 Ford F-150 FX2. The tires are Bridgestone P275/55R20 H/L Alenza 111S M+S. I am preparing for a trip to a location that may require traction assistance. It appears from your site that the TC2533 would be a good selection however, the owners manual states do not place chains on the following tire sizes...P275/55R20... Furthermore, it states Use only SAE Class S chains. Is the TC255 compatible with my vehicle or should I be considering something else?

What you are describing is a textbook example of the Tire Chain Paradox or Reno's Law. Basically this occurs when you travel in an area where chains are required by law yet the vehicle owner's manual states that you cannot use chains. In my opinion your safety, the safety of other motorists, and following the law outweigh any repercussions that may occur from not following the manual.
Titan chains # TC2533 are not Class S rated chains but we do have some Class S options that will fit your 275/55-20 tires. For chains you can use # TC2327. The other option is to use cables, # TC2028 with rubber adjusters # TCMA2 to keep the cables tight and centered.
