Question:
2006 f350 firestone air bag suspension, with firestone air inflator and gauge in cab. I have heard that if you have a cabover camper you should run two lines, to prevent the leaning weight from camper from deflating one bag and over inflating the other. My question if this is true, is there a checkvalve that can be installed to prevent this? Thank you

The Firestone Ride-Rite air springs under the single function compressor system, like # F2158, will only allow you to add air to the air bags jointly. So, if your camper is causing your truck to lean, then it would be hard to try and level out the springs with the single function system.
I contacted Firestone and they agreed with me that you have two options. One, you can disconnect that single function system and install the separate air inflators for each bag. This will allow you to control that amount of air independently between each air bag allowing you to even out the ride if the camper is causing your truck to lean.
The other option would be to install the dual function air compressor and gauge with dual switch control, # F2178. This Firestone kit will allow you to have independent control over each air bag. If one side of the vehicle is leaning too much due to an uneven load with your camper, then you can adjust that side with the compressor with out changing the height of the other air spring.
I have linked an installation video of the Firestone # F2178 for you to review.
