Where is the Factory Brake Controller Wiring Harness on the 2011 Ford E250

ORDERED #22290 CABLE FOR 2011 E250FORD VAN PRE-WIRED FOR TRAILER. END DOES NOT MATCH CONNECTOR TAPED TO WIRING HARNESS UNDER DASH SUPPLIED BY FORD

It sounds like you may have found the wrong harness on your 2011 Ford E250 Van. I spoke with my contact at Tow Ready and he informed me that you will be looking for a port under the dash, near the top of the instrument cluster, on the back of a panel, it will be slightly to the right underneath the dash, to plug the Tekonsha Wire Replacement for Ford Super Duty Pickups, part # 3034-P into.
If you do not have a brake controller picked out already I would recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller - Proportional, part # 90885. I have attached installation instructions below as well as a video of a # 90885 being installed onto a similar vehicle as yours
