Recommendation on Brake Assemblies and Drums for the Timbren Axle-less Suspension
Question:
Can you list al the additional hub and brake parts I need to run electric brakes and 6 lug 5.5 Tacoma wheels on the ASR35HDS02 axleless suspension?

For the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension, # ASR35HDS02, Timbren recommends the Dexter Trailer Hub Assembly, # 8-201-9UC3-EZ. These Dexter hubs measure 12 inches in diameter and 2 inches wide and have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. These hub assemblies include the E-Z Lube dust cap that will allow access to the E-Z Lube grease Zerk in the Timbren spindles. This comes pre-greased.
I recommend the etrailer hubs, # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K. These hubs have all the same features that you will get with the Dexter hubs, but the etrailer hubs are more cost efficient.
For brake assemblies, I like the etrailer.com Electric Brake Assembly, # AKEBRK-7R-SA for the right hand side and # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the left hand side of the trailer. The brake assemblies will mount to the 5-bolt flanges of the Timbren Axles and come complete with shoes, electrical parts and hardware. The brake assemblies are self-adjusting brakes. These assemblies only require an initial set-up during installation. There will be no need for periodic brake adjustment once these assemblies are installed.
I also recommend # L11465 wheel bearing grease, # L30480 grease gun, and # L70025 bearing packer.
