Recommended Skid Wheels For Thor Chateau 31W Motorhome

I am purchasing a Thor Chateau 31W and Im worried about dragging the rear of the vehicle while backing up the incline on my driveway. I came across your web site and wanted your recommendation for this vehicle. Also can you mount skid wheels on the hitch of this vehicle? Thank you for your assistance.

The skid wheels I recommend for your motorhome is part # UF48-979012. This is rated for trailers up to 34-ft long and in my research I found your Thor Chateau is a little over 32-ft long.
The # UF48-979012 includes brackets that are welded to the frame of the motorhome . You then bolt the skid wheels to the brackets.
I would not recommend attaching the skid wheel to the motorhome hitch because it could put excessive stress on the hitch.
