Would 7-Way and Harness HM40975-11998 Fit a 2002 Chevy Silverado
Question:
Will item HM40975-11998 work with my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Wire ends on my truck are dark green, lime green, blue,yellow,black,white. Looks to me it would work . Thanks

The 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998 will work on your 2002 Chevy Silverado. We don't have the wire color functions of your truck, but you can wire this to them by function.
I attached a diagram that has a chart that shows what the wire color functions are of the 7-way. You would have to wire it then by function to your truck. Using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 or # PTW2992 you can determine what the functions of the wires are.
