Will this work on a 2012 Ford F350 long box with a 10 foot camper. Thanks

As long as the camper is designed to fit the length of your bed the part # hsab will fit. A 10 foot camper will over hang the truck bed but that's pretty common. You should note that it is not compatible with drop-in bed liners, plastic bed rails, double-walled beds, or side-step beds.
For a hardware kit you would then want the part # TDHP.
