Can Reese Revolution Pin Box be Used with a Ranch Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter

a more specific question is the Fifthwheel has the Reese Revolution hitch on the camper. will the part work with the offset pivot point of the Revolution.

The Reese Revolution pin boxes cannot be used with any 5th wheel to gooseneck adapters according to Reese. Your best option is to replace the gooseneck hitch in your truck with a 5th wheel hitch. For that you can use Curt installation kit # C16470-204.
Since the trailer has a Revolution pin box in it you can use a fixed hitch even if the truck is a short bed such as the A16 from Curt # C16120. And for a custom wedge to use the Revolution and A16 use # C16992.
