Does Demco HiJacker 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Require Assembly

What is required for set up on the hitch itself? Does it come in parts and pieces?

The Demco HiJacker 5th wheel trailer hitch # DM8550024 is two parts. The main part is the hitch itself and its base. The other part is the side rails and its parts. The side plates will have to be bolted to the base with the included hardware. The hitch head, if not already on the base, will need to be placed on the base. It is a very easy set up with very little that you would have to assemble. I have linked the instructions for you.
