Recommended Power Inverter for a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter
Question:
I would like to purchase a power inverter for our 2016 Mercedes Sprinter. The vehicle has one 12V/15amp max and one 12V/25amp max car adapter/cig plugs. One on our lower dashboard near the floor and the other on the base of my seat box. What plug-in option would be best for my Sprinter to provide us with two plus plug ins? We would use these plugs to run an electric blanket, computers, basic small items.

I have a few different options that will work well with your 2016 Mercedes Sprinter.
Since both of your outlets are near the floor, I recommend using the Wagan Elite # WC2600. This power inverter is a little more heavy-duty, and has a cable that is 31-1/2 inches. This will give you the option to move the inverter around a little instead of it having to sit directly next to the outlet. Another option is the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter - 225 Watts - 12V # 34280173. I've attached a video review to assist.
If you are planning on using power for long periods of time then you may want to invest in a generator like the Goal Zero Yeti 150 Solar Generator # 287-22004. You would charge this prior to heading on your trip and then pull power from this instead of draining the battery on your vehicle. This has a peak capacity of 168 Wh, 12 volt, 14 Ah.
I have attached some demonstration videos for you as well.
