For 1-1/4 inch trailer hitches, like what the part # 63155 is designed to fit, we don't offer any folding carriers that are similar. The etrailer bag part # e98990 would be a great choice that is often used on this carrier. It's 20 inches tall and is weather proof which means it will keep most water out. It seems that all bags leak some in the hardest of rains. We recommend putting valuables in plastic inside of the bag.

This rack would fit well on a 2015 Jeep Compass with a 1-1/4 inch hitch installed on it like the part # C12057.

For an LED light kit you would want # 98174LED.
