I was unable to find the trailer hitch number you mentioned. From my research I found that most if not all of the 2016 Expeditions came with a factory trailer hitch.
You can take a quick measurement to see that the inside dimension of the receiver opening is to make sure you get a locking hitch pin that will work for you. It is likely that you have a 2-inch receiver.
For a locking hitch pin I recommend part # C23519. This locking pin will work with 2-inch or 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receivers. The pin diameter is 5/8 inches and this comes with 2 keys and a protective cover to keep dirt out and prevent corrosion.
