Brake Controller Recommendation for 2003 Winnebago Adventurer on Ford F-53 Chassis
Question:
What brake controller would fit a 2003 Winnebago adventurer for towing a 14foot enclosed trailer. RV has 7 pin connector. Is there a connector wire to ease installation?

Brake controllers are not vehicle-specific, so you can install whichever one has the features you want in the price range you prefer. Among the best options I can suggest is the Tekonsha Prodigy P3, part # 90195. This unit consistently sells very well because it is easy to set-up, straightforward in operation and has been proven to be exceptionally reliable. Have a look at our customers' ratings to see what purchasers say about it.
The base vehicle that the Winnebago Adventurer is built on will determine if you can use a quick-connect wiring adapter to install the P3. If it is built on a Ford F-53 chassis (likely, based on my research) that has a factory 7-way then you can use a wiring adapter # 3035-P.
