I recommend the Draw-Tite 2-inch hitch # 75876 for use with a 4-bike hitch rack on your 2017 Subaru Forester. This hitch does not require you to use a support strap for the bike rack as is required for the other hitch option, Curt # C13144.
This Draw-Tite hitch includes all required mounting hardware for a no-drill installation. You can refer to the linked instructions and to the linked video to see the whole process.
There is one important dimension to keep in mind for using a hitch bike rack - clearance from the hitch pin hole. This hitch once installed will have its hitch pin hole recessed under the bumper 5-inches forward of the back edge of the car. This means you want to use a 2-inch hitch bike rack that provides at least 6-inches of clearance from its hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack to avoid the rack and/or bikes from contacting the car.
The linked article concerning hitch bike racks will illustrate how to measure to confirm a good fit for your rack.
