Replacement Bearing Kit Recommendation for Dexter 3,500 lb Hub and Bearing Buddy

Question:

Repeat customer. I want to buy bearing rebuild kits and grease caps for Dexter 3.5K idler axle. Dexter lists grease sealinch size as 1.718, I assume inches. Your bearing buddies are 1.781. Am I missing something?

For a bearing kit for a 3,500 lb Dexter axle we have the part # BK2-100 which comes with bearing numbers L44649 and L68149 and a grease seal 10-19 with inner diameter of 1.719 inch like what you need. The seal fits on the opposite side of the hub as the grease cap and that is why the seal and Bearing Buddy dimensions don't match.

The Bearing Buddy you would need is the part # BB1980A.
