Recommended Hitch-Mounted Cargo Carrier For Scooter That Is 28-1/2 Inches Wide

Question:

I need the width to be at least 281/2 inches wide..I purchased a scooter rack at Harbor freight that says it is 30 inches as yours does but theirs really is only 271/2
