Will this front hitch fit a 1993 Ford Explorer Limited with stock front air dam with built in fog lights?

Yes, Draw-Tite front mount trailer hitch # 65017 will fit your 1993 Ford Explorer. The stock air dam and fog lights are only an issue on Rangers and Mazda B Series truck which this hitch also fits. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
