Yes. The Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box - 21 cu ft - Black Carbonite, # Y07337, is compatible with your 2014 FJ Cruiser Factory Roof Rack. You just need a crossbar spread of 24-42 inches. With your FJ Cruiser, this will mean relocating one of your lower crossbars to make the unit level with the proper spread. I reached out to my contact at Yakima to confirm on their end as well, and they do confirm the fit as well with your OEM roof rack.

The Yakima SkyBox 12 Rooftop Cargo Box - 12 cu ft - Black Carbonite, # Y07334, is also a confirmed fit requiring the exact same crossbar spread and leveling.
