Recommended Fairing For Rhino-Rack Roof Rack On 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee To Reduce Wind Noise
Question:
Hi, I just purchased the rhino rack aero cross bars for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I noticed extreme whistling noise at speeds over 45 mph. I was provided with rubber s for the top of my cross bars, should I have received anything for the channel underneath the cross bars?

Noise is unfortunately one of the issues when roof racks are installed.
For your Rhino-Rack roof rack I recommend using a wind fairing like part # RRRF3. This attaches to the front corssbar and deflects the wind and should help eliminate much of the noise you said you are experiencing. This fairing is 44-inches long.
The channel located on the bottom of the crossbars does not have a rubber seal in them.
