Bike Rack Recommendation for 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch Trailer Hitch that Only Touches Bike Tire

Hello - I am looking for a two-bike hitch rack that can fit the 1.25 hitch on my 2011 Impreza Outback and with an adapter the 2 hitch on my 2008 Rav4 has the spare wheel on the back. It is not a big deal if I cannot fold the rack up on the Rav. I like the specs and weight of the Kuat Sherpa but am concerned it might not let me load the inside bike due to the spare tire. What racks should I consider in the no-frame contact systems that hold the bike by the front wheel? Also, I have bikes in all three wheel sizes: 26, 650B and 700C. thx!

The best solution I can come up with for you is the Saris Supeclamp part # SA4025F. It fits both hitch sizes, only contacts the bikes at the tire, fits wide variety of bike sizes, and has a decent distance between the hitch pin hole and wheel cradle at 12 inches.
