For your 2017 Toyota Rav 4, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # e98864. This is the strongest tongue weight available for your vehicle which will also make it the strongest mounted hitch to carry your bike rack. It is an easy bolt-on installation, but the exhaust must be temporarily lowered and there is trimming of the underbody panel required. It is rated a 5 out of 10 as far as difficulty of installation. All of the trailer hitches for your vehicle have almost identical visual applications, so there isn't a least visible option, but I believe the matte black finish of this hitch helps it to blend in more. The etrailer # e98864 will have the ability to carry and store with the greatest capacity of your hitch options.
The Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Tilting - Gunmetal Gray, # NV22G, you mentioned is a favorite. This carrier fits most bikes regardless of size, weight, frame design, suspension, or brake style. The large cradle even accommodates fat bike tires. The ratcheting hooks firmly grip your bikes by the front wheels, so there is no frame contact. The sliding rear cradles secure the back of your bike with ratcheting straps. The rack tilts down for cargo area access and folds up for storage. It has anti-rattle built in and has both hitch and cable locks to secure bikes to the rack and rack to the vehicle.
For the 4 bike option, I recommend the 2-Bike Add-On for Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Gunmetal Gray # NA22G. This is easy to install to your NV 2.0 2-bike carrier with included hardware and allen key. This rack also has the integrated cable lock.
