Availability Of An EZ Lube Trailer Wheel Center Cap With 3.75 Inch Measurement

I am looking for EZ lube trailer wheel center caps. The bore or pilot is 3.75inch and I cannot find such option on your website - can you help?

We don't have anything near a 3.75 inch measurement, so I just want to make sure we are on the same page. I've attached a photo to help you determine the measurement I need and it is best to use a digital caliper like # PTW80157 so we can get precision down to the thousandths.
