Based on my research your 265/75/R16 tires are not one of the three stock sizes offered for your 2001 Dodge pickup. Those stock sizes are 225/75-16, 235/85-16 and 245/75-16. Since your tires are 20mm wider than the widest stock size you will want to check your truck owner's manual for any guidance or restrictions on tire chain use. Some trucks can use chains only on one axle; other times chains can be used on only specific tire sizes. The auto maker gets the final word on chain use since using chains inappropriately could lead to damage to brake or other components in the wheel wells.

Titan ladder-style chains # TC2828CAM do fit your tire size and feature V-bar links for good traction on icy roads. These include built-in cam tighteners but for added security you can also use rubber adjusters # TCMA2.
