Edge EZ Programmer for a 2001 Dodge Ram with 24 Valve 5.9 Liter Motor
Question:
Canl the Edge EZ be used on my 2001 Dodge 2500 5.9 24 valve ? Im needing a little more horsepower and torque to help the truck pull my toy hauler. When fully loaded it is approx 14,500 lbs. The truck does really good now except on long hill pulls or in the mountains. Thanks.

Yes, I checked with Edge and the EZ programmer # EZD1000A does fit the 2001 Dodge Ram with the 24 valve 5.9 liter diesel motor. It can add up to 65 horsepower and 180 foot pounds of torque so that should help when you are towing in the mountains!
