The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # C13105, is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota Sienna excluding SE models. I've attached an installation video of this hitch on a 2016 Toyota Sienna for you. This installation requires no drilling, but will require removal of underbody panel, trimming this under body panel (not any portion you see when installed) and the exhaust needs to be temporarily lowered for installation. If you want an installation without any underbody trimming, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # 75237.
The wiring I recommend for you is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56261. This is a custom harness that simply plugs into your factory wiring behind your taillights. It has a powered converter that is one simple wire to the battery that will protect your factory wiring from any issues or added strain. This will provide you with a 4 way flat connector for your trailer.
You will also need a ball mount and hitch ball for your application. I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs, # 989900. This will give you two rise or drop options to best fit your towing needs and comes with a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. It also includes the hitch pin and clip and a carrying bag.
With these parts, you will be all set to do some towing.
