Will Weight Distribution System RP66082 with a 1-1/4 Inch Drop Work if a 2 Inch Drop is Needed

Question:

I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and Im towing a Coachmen Apex Nano 193BHS. The Jeep is 21inch and the trailer tongue is 19inch so on a usual ball mount I need a 2 inch drop. For this WD system it says the shank that comes with it supports a 1 1/4inch drop. What additional parts I need to support my 2 inch drop?

You actually would not need anything else with weight distribution system # RP66082 other than a properly sized ball ( # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch). The reason is that with the 1-1/4 inch drop from the included shank you are less than 1 inch off of level and the tongue weight of the trailer can even pull down the front of the trailer a little and that will get you to a near perfect level tow.
