On the etrailer.com Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Weld On - Sidewind - 15-1/2" Travel - 3K, # TJP-5002S-B, the distance between the top of the 2 inch mount and the top of the completely vertical handle is 12-1/2 inches.
