Curt trailer hitch # C14006 does indeed fit the 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 long bed. the recommended ball mount for this hitch is # C45341. It has a 3 inch rise or 4 inch drop. If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
