Recommended Wet Shackle Bolt And Shackle Strap For 1-3/4 Inch Double-Eye Leaf Spring
Question:
Iam replacing my leaf springs with part number SP-218275. I would like to replace my current shackle bolt which is 3 1/4inch from top of bolt to end of thread and has 3inch of useable space Iam looking at part number 126B2 which looks like it is about a 1/4inch shorter than current bolt but I like the idea of being able to grease my spring ends. Will this bolt work as replacement for my current shackle bolt? And I would like to replace my shackle plates but cant find the length I have on your site mine are 3 3/4inch with 9/16inch holes that are 2 1/2inch from center hole to center hole do you have any suggestions for this? Thank you

We do have a wet bolt that will work with the # SP-218275 leaf springs you said you are going to use.
I recommend part # 34007-187-00. This bolt measures 3-7/16 inches long and the usable length is 3-inches. The locknut for that can be used with this wet bolt is sold separately and is part # 192600.
For the shackle straps, the closest we have to the 2-1/2 inches you said you need is part # 115052GALV. This strap measures 4-inches overall and the center to center for the holes is 2-5/8 inches.
